Create conditions and mechanisms to solve employment for young people

(Baonghean.vn) - This morning (March 23), the Provincial People's Committee and Nghe An Provincial Youth Union jointly organized a dialogue between the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of departments, branches and sectors with youth union members on issues related to youth union members, Youth Union, Association, Pioneer work and youth movements. Attending the dialogue were comrades: Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Thai Van Hang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of departments, branches and sectors and more than 1,000 youth union members from grassroots youth union organizations.

At the dialogue, the youth union members asked the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of departments and branches about jobs for young people in rural areas, the province's talent attraction policy for young people, entertainment places for young people and pointed out the current situation of the Union's work, the Union's movement, and the lives of young people in rural areas.

Responding to the issues raised by the youth union members, comrade Ho Duc Phoc and leaders of departments, branches and sectors said: The province has been issuing mechanisms and policies to attract domestic and foreign enterprises to invest in Nghe An to open factories and industrial parks to create jobs for young people from unskilled to highly skilled workers. Along with that, the province will have policies to lend capital to young people to create jobs, open vocational training classes for young people and send young intellectuals to work in communes...

In addition, the Provincial Youth Union and grassroots youth unions must create programs and movements to attract the participation of young people; young people need to be proactive, creative, strive to cultivate virtue and talent, and be proactive in all fields to promote the strength of youth to contribute to building an increasingly prosperous homeland.

At the dialogue, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also shared with the youth union members about how to choose a career path. He hoped that young people would choose a job that demonstrates their abilities and strengths. There are many career paths to choose from, such as working in a business, in a state agency, or creating their own jobs... He hoped that the Youth Union movement would develop more and more and gather all classes of youth, and that the Nghe An youth union members would be worthy future owners of the country.
