Creating the most favorable conditions for more than 500 delegates to attend the 'Meeting Japan' Conference
(Baonghean.vn) - There will be about 500 delegates attending the Conference "Meeting Japan - North Central Region 2019" and the Conference "Meeting Japan - Nghe An: Cooperation and Development", including more than 200 delegates from the Embassy and Japanese enterprises. Therefore, creating the most favorable conditions for delegates attending the conference is the top priority.
On the morning of April 22, the Organizing Committee and subcommittees preparing for the Conference "Meeting Japan - North Central Region 2019" and the Conference "Meeting Japan - Nghe An: Cooperation and Development" held a meeting to review related preparation work.

The Conference "Meeting Japan - North Central Region 2019" and the Conference "Meeting Nghe An - Japan: Cooperation and Development" were organized by the People's Committee of Nghe An province in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam on April 25 and 26.
At the meeting, the Organizing Committee heard the progress of the tasks of the subcommittees: Content, Reception - Logistics, Information - Propaganda, Security. The preparation work has basically been completed.
Many delegates emphasized the need to welcome the delegations attending the conference with care and respect. The conference space must ensure convenience for delegates to exchange information and interact. In addition, it is necessary to arrange specialized functional rooms to organize meetings and contacts on the sidelines of businesses and international organizations.

Product display booths need to be completed soon, especially Vietnam - Japan cooperation products in general, Nghe An - Japan in particular, to create highlights and attract attention.
Concluding the working session, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Cuong requested relevant departments, branches and sectors to carefully review the specific assigned tasks; at the same time, proactively connect and coordinate to complete the remaining tasks.
Regarding content, units need to adjust and complete related documents, ensuring full information, conference programs and side events.
Regarding information and propaganda, it is necessary to do a good job of information and propaganda before, during and after the conference. The media agencies should reflect the integration spirit of Nghe An province, opening up opportunities to promote tourism and attract foreign investment.
Conference "Meeting Japan - North Central Region 2019"will take place on April 25 with about 500 delegates attending, including more than 200 delegates from Japan. The conference will focus on discussing issues of cooperation in developing regional linkages in the North Central region, in areas such as FDI attraction, human resource cooperation, high-tech agriculture, supporting industries, tourism, education and training, and labor.
Conference "Meeting Nghe An - Japan: Cooperation and Development"took place on April 26 with the participation of about 460 delegates, focusing on the following issues: exchanging and orienting FDI, ODA, and NGO investment attraction; promoting cooperation in production, business, trade, tourism, education and training, and labor.
