Latin American magazine publishes special issue on President Ho Chi Minh
The Education and Discussion section of the Latin American Synthesis magazine recently published a special issue about President Ho Chi Minh, on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of his birth (19/5/1890-19/5/2015).
The special issue devoted the entire cover page to a picture of Uncle Ho on a red flag with a yellow star, with the large text "Ho Chi Minh: the poet who defeated three empires."
In the article “Ho Chi Minh, Strategist of People's War,” the newspaper praised Uncle Ho for his extremely wise choice of the path to socialism for the Vietnamese people and reviewed his revolutionary activities.

In the special page of 12 large-format sheets, there is an article by Cuban leader Fidel Castro about President Ho Chi Minh during his visit to Vietnam in September 1973.
In addition, the newspaper also published articles about Uncle Ho and the heroic sacrifices of the Vietnamese people in the resistance wars against France, Japan and the United States by famous Latin American reporters such as Cuban journalist Marta Rojas and Venezuelan journalist Angel Bastidas, as well as an interview with President Ho Chi Minh on26/7/1965by two Cuban journalists Luis Baez and Gabriel Molina.
The newspaper also devoted a page to Vietnam's national hero, General Vo Nguyen Giap.
The article affirms that the life and career of this "military genius" are closely linked to the glorious victories of the Vietnamese people, the historic victory of Dien Bien Phu in 1954 and the victory in the spring of 1975, completely unifying the country.
This site also reprints President Ho Chi Minh's April 1960 article about the path that led him to Marxism.Lenin, some poems in the collection "Prison Diary" and the entire Will of Uncle Ho.
Speaking to a VNA reporter in Buenos Aires, Mr. Carlos Aznarez, Director of the Latin American General Magazine, said the purpose of publishing a special page on President Ho Chi Minh is to give Argentine readers, especially the younger generation, the opportunity to understand the leader of the Vietnamese people.
He asserted that for the generation that participated in the anti-war movement in the 60s and 70s of the 20th century, Ho Chi Minh was “an extremely important ideological beacon.”
Ho Chi Minh-Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh-Vo Nguyen Giap are special revolutionary figures not only in Vietnam but also a source of encouragement and motivation for many peoples in the world.
For the Latin American people, Ho Chi Minh's legacy is an example of solidarity and the desire for national freedom. Unity is the key to success in the fight against imperialism.
Latin American Review is also published in Uruguay, Venezuela, Cuba and Europe.
Mr. Carlos Aznarez said that he will soon reprint the special issue about President Ho Chi Minh, with about 4,000 copies after successfully releasing 3,000 copies./.
