Accordingly, the delegates participatingdefense zone drillsDistrict level has been instructed and trained on a number of contents such as: Unifying the system of documents, contents of operating mechanisms in defense zone drills; Characteristics of enemy operations when attacking the district defense zone and activities of Party committees, authorities, departments, branches, and organizations in moving localities into defense states; Order of action of local Party committees (Secretary, Permanent Deputy Secretary; Heads of Party committees, Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations) to handle a number of situations in the drill stages; Order of action of Chairman, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee and Heads of departments and branches in the drill stages.

Through the training, the aim is to unify the basic content in the preparation, direction and practice of drills, and operate the mechanism according to Resolution 28 of the Politburo in the district defense area; Decree 02 of the Government on the state of national defense emergency. Thereby, creating the basis for the Nghia Dan district defense area exercise in 2023 to be a great success, ensuring absolute safety for people, weapons, equipment and techniques./.
