Training on industrial promotion and environmental protection

(Baonghean) –Today, July 20, the 2011 training course on industrial promotion and environmental protection for young union members organized by Nghe An Provincial Youth Union in coordination with the provincial Social Policy Bank, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Industrial Promotion and Industrial Development Consulting Center closed.

During the 3-day course (July 18-20), the trainees, who are grassroots union officials of 20 districts, cities and towns, received the following contents: new policies and documents on loans from the Bank for Social Policies; processes, procedures, and subjects eligible for loans; basic contents and solutions for implementing the national target program on new rural construction; an overview of Nghe An industry; mechanisms and policies on developing small-scale industry and craft villages; project preparation skills and methods for implementing industrial promotion projects; an introduction to environmental protection laws; and the pioneering role of youth union members in environmental protection.
