Training on communal-level document and archive work in 2015

((Baonghean.vn) - On August 19 in Vinh City, the Department of Records and Archives organized a training conference on records and archives at the commune level in 2015.

The training conference was attended by 260 civil servants working in the clerical and archival work of communes, wards and towns in 10 districts in Nghe An province.

Attending the training course were 260 civil servants working in the clerical and archival work of communes, wards and towns in the districts of Dien Chau, Yen Thanh, Quynh Luu, Hoang Mai, Ky Son, Tuong Duong, Con Cuong, Anh Son, Tan Ky and Do Luong.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Dinh Xuan Lam, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, emphasized that the purpose of the training course is to improve the professional skills of civil servants in the Office - Statistics to do clerical and archival work at the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns. Thereby, raising awareness of the position, role and importance of this work; doing well the clerical and archival work, promptly serving the direction, administration and implementation of public duties at the unit.

At the training course, the trainees were informed by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Trung, Head of Training and Development Department of Hanoi University of Home Affairs about the basic contents of document and archive work; responsibilities for performing tasks related to document and archive work; state management and the current document and archive organization system; some current documents on document and archive work...

In addition, trainees are also guided to access some documents guiding the professional work of documents and archives such as: Circular No. 14/2011/TT-BNV dated November 8, 2011 of the Ministry of Home Affairs regulating the management of records and documents formed in the activities of People's Councils and People's Committees of communes, wards and towns; how to prepare records and submit records and documents to the archives of the People's Committees at the commune level.
