Training on Marriage and Family Law 2014

The 2014 Law on Marriage and Family has 9 chapters and 133 articles, an increase of 23 articles compared to the 2000 Law on Marriage and Family. It was passed on June 19, 2014, at the 7th session of the 13th National Assembly and took effect from January 1, 2015.
At the conference, 150 trainees working in the judicial - civil status, legal reporters and legal aid in sectors, districts, cities and towns in the province were informed by the leaders of the Department of Justice about the basic contents and new points of the 2014 Law on Marriage and Family such as: Increasing the marriage age of men and women; allowing surrogacy for humanitarian purposes; regulating the property regime of spouses...
Students also learn Decree 126/2014/ND-CP of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Marriage and Family; Decree 10/2015/ND-CP regulating childbirth by in vitro fertilization and conditions for surrogacy for humanitarian purposes...
