Training on government organization law for standing committees of commune and town People's Councils
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 28, 2015, the Standing Committee of the People's Council of Quynh Luu district coordinated with the Department of Culture - Ethnicity of the People's Council of Nghe An province to organize a training conference on the Law on Organization of Local Government and the Law on Public Investment 2015 for the District People's Council Delegates and the Standing Committees of the People's Councils of 33 communes and towns.

At the training session, nearly 100 trainees who are People's Council delegates and Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of People's Councils of 33 communes and towns were informed and disseminated the Law on Organization of Local Government and the Law on Public Investment by comrade Tran Van Vinh - Head of the Department of Culture and Ethnicity of the Provincial People's Council.

The training session aims to improve the skills and expertise of People's Council delegates and standing committees of People's Councils of communes and towns on the basic contents and new points of the above two laws to apply to the local capital construction investment situation as well as to strengthen the tasks of the standing committees of People's Councils of communes and towns before the new election term.
