Conference overview

At the conference, delegates listened to Mr. Nguyen Van Bon, Deputy Director of the Department of Judicial Support (Ministry of Justice) introduce some basic contents of Circular No. 10/2014/TT-BTP of the Ministry of Justice on regulations on the obligation to participate in professional training of lawyers; the basic features of Decree 123/2013/ND-CP dated October 14, 2013 of the Government regulating a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Lawyers.

In addition, delegates also had representatives from the Department of Judicial Assistance and the Department of Justice answer questions about issues related to legal aid obligations, professional training, and the duties and powers of the Department of Justice in state management of lawyers and law practice.
