Training on granting land use right certificates and introducing the 2010 Mineral Law

(Baonghean.vn) -On April 24, Tuong Duong district organized a training course on professional skills in granting land use right certificates and introducing the 2010 Mineral Law to cadastral, construction and environmental officers of 18 communes and towns in the area.

In the training content on granting certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land, the trainees were specifically informed about Decree No. 84/2007, Decree 88/2009 of the Government; Circular No. 17/2009, Circular 20/2010, Circular 16/2011 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and Decision No. 146/2007, Decision No. 111/2008 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province. Next, the trainees were informed about the 2010 Mineral Law which was passed by the 12th National Assembly, 8th session on November 17, 2010 with new points compared to before. Through the training course, the professional qualifications of cadastral, construction and environmental officers in the district were improved. Thereby systematically grasping the latest documents on land and minerals, as well as clearly seeing the responsibilities and management powers of commune and town levels according to the provisions of law.
