Training on professional skills in public reception, complaint and denunciation settlement
(Baonghean.vn) - On June 24, the Provincial People's Committee held a training conference on new legal documents on citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement, inspection work and anti-corruption. During the day, delegates from departments, branches, sectors; Inspectors of districts, cities and towns listened to Dr. Nguyen Van Kim - Head of the Legal Department (Government Inspectorate), professional departments of the Provincial Inspectorate disseminate and guide documents on the implementation of the Law on Citizen Reception 2013; Circular 02/2014/TT-TTCP dated April 29, 2014 of the Government Inspectorate detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of Decree 90/2013/ND-CP of the Government regulating the accountability of state agencies in performing assigned tasks and powers; Guidance on conducting large-scale thematic inspections on investment management and handling of outstanding debts. In addition, delegates were informed of Circular 01/2014/TT-TTCP dated April 23, 2014 of the Government Inspectorate regulating the development and approval of inspection program orientations and inspection plans; implementing Decision 1440/QD-UBND dated March 27, 2014 of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing the Project to continue strengthening the dissemination and education of laws on complaints and denunciations in communes, wards and towns.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and giving many opinions on regulations on responsibilities of people receiving citizens; citizen reception offices, citizen reception at the commune level; coordination and specific responsibilities of agencies and organizations participating in citizen reception; regulations on regimes and policies for citizen reception work...

Speaking at the conference, comrade Thai Van Hang suggested that, immediately after the conference, delegates to agencies, units and localities should focus on organizing the dissemination of the Law on Citizen Reception to cadres, civil servants, public employees and people in their agencies, units and localities, contributing to making the Law spread and widely implemented in life. Perfecting the organization of the Citizen Reception Committee, ensuring orderly and effective operations. Seriously and fully implementing the provisions of the Law on Citizen Reception, thereby effectively handling complaints and denunciations, contributing to creating stability in the security and order situation in the area.
