During the day, delegates were briefed by Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Deputy Director of the Institute of Party History, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Public Administration on the following topics: Some issues in leadership, direction and organization of compilation of Party history of communes, wards and towns; research and compilation process; documentation work and systematization of documents in research and compilation of Party history; guidance on compilation of chronicles of local Party history events; relationship between national history and Party history, local Party history; writing Party historical figures, writing revolutionary biographies and memoirs; methodology of Party history science.
