(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 25, in Vinh city, the Department of Justice organized a training conference to introduce basic contents of some legal documents on judicial appraisal. Attending the training course were representatives of the Steering Committee for implementing the project "innovation and improvement of judicial appraisal activities" in Nghe An province; agencies under the judicial sector; judicial appraisal organizations, judicial appraisers in the whole province.

The delegates were informed by the staff of the Department of Judicial Support - Ministry of Justice about the basic contents of Decree No. 85/2014/ND-CP detailing and implementing measures for the Law on Judicial Expertise; Decision No. 01/2014/QD-TTg on the judicial expert training regime. Thereby, it aims to supplement and consolidate knowledge, raise awareness and enhance responsibility for the team of judicial experts, serve the investigation, prosecution and trial work, contribute to protecting the rights and legitimate interests of collectives and individuals; strengthen the state management of judicial expertise activities; promote responsibility and coordination between state management agencies in professional matters; between judicial agencies in the implementation of proceedings and state management agencies in judicial expertise and state management in professional matters.Khanh Ly
