Training on construction quality management and urban construction order

(Baonghean.vn) - On July 15, 2014, Hoang Mai Town People's Committee organized a training course to disseminate legal documents on construction quality management and urban construction order management for nearly 300 comrades who are officials of the Town People's Committee's departments; secretaries, chairmen, vice chairmen of the People's Committee, cadastral and construction officers, finance and accounting officers, secretaries, and hamlet heads of blocks and hamlets of 10 wards and communes in the town.

Overview of the training session

At the training session, the trainees were introduced by experts from the Provincial Department of Construction to the main contents of Circular No. 10/2012/TT-BXD dated December 20, 2012 of the Ministry of Construction providing detailed guidance on a number of contents of Decree No. 64/2012/ND-CP dated September 4, 2012 of the Government on granting construction permits, Decree 15/2012/ND-CP on construction quality management. Circular No. 13/2013/TT-BXD dated August 15, 2013 of the Ministry of Construction regulating the examination, appraisal and approval of construction design, Circular No. 10/2013/TT-BXD dated July 25, 2013 of the Ministry of Construction detailing a number of contents on construction quality management and other related documents.

Through the training session, trainees were equipped with contents on conditions for construction licensing, documents, licensing procedures; construction order management according to construction licensing licenses; rights and responsibilities of agencies, organizations, individuals, construction survey quality management, construction design quality management, construction quality management... contributing to ensuring construction order in construction investment projects in the town./.
