Training on management and payment of pensions and social insurance benefits through the provincial postal system
(Baonghean) - On the morning of March 29 in Vinh city, Nghe An Provincial Post Office coordinated with Social Insurance to organize a "Training conference on beneficiary management services and monthly payment of social insurance benefits through the Post Office system".
Nghe An is one of the 8 provinces that Vietnam Social Security has directed to implement phase 2 (phase 1 includes 4 localities: Bac Kan, Lam Dong, Dak Nong and Phu Yen). In our province, 3 districts were selected for this pilot phase: Ky Son, Anh Son and Quy Chau.
To prepare well for the pilot implementation process, the training session provided trainees with the opportunity to access information and regulations of the industry in social insurance payment, and important instructions from BHVN.
On that basis, the Provincial Post Office and Social Insurance will build a reasonable roadmap to transfer the process of paying pensions and social insurance through the Post Office system to facilitate beneficiaries.
This program will be implemented in the above 3 districts starting from May 1, 2012.
