First aid training for traffic accident victims

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 27, 2014, the Red Cross Society of Do Luong district coordinated with the Red Cross Society of Nghe An province to organize a training course on first aid and emergency aid for traffic accident victims in 2014. The training course was attended by 60 officers of the Red Cross Society, the Traffic Safety Committee of the district and communes and towns.

With the aim of providing the most basic and necessary knowledge and skills on first aid techniques for Red Cross volunteers and other forces to promptly help reduce the mortality rate and sequelae for victims of accidents, the training course was taught, guided and combined with practice by Nghe An Red Cross on first aid content, steps in emergency treatment of traffic accidents such as: wound bandaging, hemostasis techniques, fracture fixation techniques, artificial respiration techniques and first aid practices for accident victims. The training course took place over 2 days.

The training course has practical significance to help everyone master first aid technical knowledge and be able to apply it proficiently in specific situations when accidents occur, ready to help everyone./.
