Training on corporate law and free trade agreements
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 14, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nghe An branch, organized a training course on new points in corporate law and free trade agreements.
Attending the training session were Mr. Phan Duy Hung, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nghe An branch; Phan Van Mien, Chairman of Nghe An Province Small and Medium Enterprises Association; and more than 100 representatives of business leaders in Nghe An province.

At the training session, delegates were introduced by Lawyer Tran Huu Huynh, Chairman of the Vietnam International Arbitration Center VIAC, about the new points in the 2013 Constitution; major orientations to amend business (commercial) law; Enterprise Law, Investment Law; Methods of dispute resolution by arbitration. At the same time, they listened to the dissemination of new contents of the law on commercial activities such as: Changes in the law on commercial contracts, including the Civil Code (under revision), the Law on Bidding, the Law on Construction, the Law on Real Estate Business, etc.; Changes in the law on commercial, civil, administrative, and criminal proceedings related to commercial activities, including the Civil Procedure Code, the Law on Administrative Procedure, the Law on Complaints, and the Law on Denunciation.
