Focusing on the successful winter-spring production, in January 2015, the weather had many complex and unpredictable changes, not following the law and posing many potential risks to production; according to reports from localities, currently 2/3 of the reservoirs in the whole province have only about 50% of the designed water level, so the risk of water shortage for production is very high, drought may occur, and there is a high risk of pests and diseases. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development needs to soon take measures to combat drought; encourage new rural construction for the 81 communes that have reached the finish line, and prepare well for the conference to meet investors at the beginning of the year...
