After listening to the report on the activities of the sector and the opinions expressed, comrade Ho Duc Phoc highly appreciated the achievements of the culture, sports and tourism sector in the past time. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that the issue of promoting the image of Nghe An is still limited;Nghe An folk songs have not been promoted among the people; in particular, the licensing of advertising and some cultural works are loosely managed, the quality does not meet requirements, the progress is slow; there are no grand, impressive cultural works for tourists when coming to Nghe An.
He requested that in the coming time, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism should focus on state management, avoiding overlap and inefficiency. Advise on issuing mechanisms and policies on managing cultural and performing arts activities. Focus on developing Nghe folk songs so that UNESCO can soon recognize them as intangible cultural heritage of humanity.
Collect and print good songs about Nghe An for wide distribution. Complete a synchronous cultural and sports institution, a system of cultural houses, consolidate art troupes and museums, and build a rich and healthy grassroots cultural life. Focus on attracting investment and promoting the socialization of cultural activities, building historical cultural tourist sites into diverse and rich tours and routes, contributing to building Nghe An into a cultural and sports center in the North Central region.
Regarding the proposals and recommendations of the industry, the province will continue to consider and assign relevant departments and sectors to resolve. Regarding policies for art troupes, preferential mechanisms for artists, actor recruitment, regimes for athletes, construction of tourism infrastructure... the industry needs to develop specific projects to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration.
