Nghe An fishermen's fishing boat was sunk by a cargo ship at sea
(Baonghean.vn) - A fishing boat was operating at sea when it was sunk by a cargo ship and then fled without returning to help.
The incident occurred at 1:00 a.m. on April 28. Fishing boat NA 90712 TS, owned by Mr. Pham Van Tuan (born in 1988), residing in Bac Chien Thang hamlet, Dien Bich commune (Dien Chau), and 4 fishermen, were fishing at the coordinates 18º58'100'' - 106º23'100'', when it was hit by a cargo ship traveling from North to South.

The consequences caused the fishing boat to sink and four fishermen to fall into the sea.
As soon as receiving the information, Dien Thanh Border Guard Station notified the vehicles operating near the area of the ship accident to come to the rescue, and at the same time arranged rescue forces and vehicles.

At 8:20 a.m. the same day, Dien Thanh Border Guard Station coordinated with fishermen to bring the injured crew members ashore and check their health.
The sunken fishing boat is worth more than 600 million VND. Currently, authorities are searching for the cargo ship that caused the accident.
