(Baonghean) -At 10:40 this morning (August 1), in Dien Yen commune, Dien Chau district (Nghe An), another car accident occurred on the railway, causing a traffic jam on the Thong Nhat railway for nearly two hours.

At that time, the truck with license plate 37V 3912 (driver's identity unknown) was traveling on National Highway 1A km 4 12 + 00 in the direction of Hanoi - Vinh when it suddenly crashed into the Thong Nhat railway at km 270 + 800, causing more than 10 tons of gravel to fall onto the railway surface, right at the time when two North-South TN trains with codes SE7 and SE8 were traveling in both directions, having to stop at the two stations at both ends, Cau Giat station and Yen Ly station, to wait for the road. Upon receiving the information, Yen Ly station directed the rescue team to urgently clear the congestion. It was not until 12:30 that the scene of the accident was cleared and the train was allowed to pass.
