Before storm No. 9, border guards help Nghe An fishermen anchor their boats safely.
Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 9 with forecasts of heavy rain and rough seas, thousands of fishing boats of Nghe An have urgently returned to shore. At the same time, border guards have been deployed to fishing ports and marinas to guide anchoring, securing boats, and assisting fishermen in ensuring the safety of their lives and property before the storm makes landfall.

On the morning of September 24, Nghe An issued urgent dispatch No. 36 prohibiting ships from going to sea during storm No. 9. The ban on sea travel was implemented from 12 noon on September 24.

Nghe An prohibits all ships, boats and means of transport from going to sea from 10am on August 30. Ships and boats operating at sea must return to shore and anchor to ensure safety before 3pm on August 30.
