Nghe An Border Guard calls on ships to take shelter from storm No. 3 and advises the Provincial People's Committee to ban sea travel from July 21.

Storm No. 3 (WIPHA) is developing complicatedly, forecast to make landfall directly in the Northern provinces and cause rain and whirlwinds to the North Central provinces. The Command of Nghe An Border Guard has proactively deployed response measures, calling on ships to take shelter from the storm.

According to the operational team of the Nghe An Border Guard Command, as of 5:00 p.m. on July 20, 2025, the Provincial Border Guard Command had directed coastal units to notify and call on 574 vehicles/2,964 workers to anchor and take shelter to ensure safety. Photo: Anh Bach
