The accident occurred at around 8:00 p.m. on April 25 on the inter-commune road in Hamlet 10, Xuan Hoa Commune, Nam Dan District.

According to witnesses, at that time, a taxi with license plate 37A - 058.13 driven by a driver named Dung residing in Hamlet 9, Xuan Hoa Commune, was traveling in the direction of Tro Market when it collided with a motorbike driven by a man named Thanh residing in Hamlet 11, Nam Xuan Commune, Nam Dan District, traveling in the opposite direction.

The head-on collision left the motorbike completely destroyed, with many parts scattered on the road, and the taxi's front end severely damaged. The motorbike driver was seriously injured and was taken to the emergency room in critical condition.
