Taylor Swift as bridesmaid at her best friend's wedding

The Grammy Award-winning singer attended her childhood friend's wedding on the evening of February 20 (local time) in Pennsylvania, USA.

After winning important awards at the 2016 Grammys, Taylor Swift had a busy week preparing for her best friend's wedding. Last week, the singer born in 1989 went shopping with Britany Maack. On February 20, the Shake It Off singer attended Britany's wedding as the main bridesmaid. Britany and Taylor grew up together in Pennsylvania, USA. They often show off photos of themselves with a group of friends on social networks.

Taylor Swift wore a Reem Acra bridesmaid dress. Her dress was made of pastel pink chiffon with a hand-beaded bodice.

The 26-year-old singer said: "I've never been a bridesmaid. This is my first time. It's very important to me because she's my best friend, we've known each other since birth. And she's marrying someone I've known since I was four years old."

Also on February 20, Taylor Swift announced the name of her next single: "I'm so happy to introduce the song New Romantics from the album 1989." This is the seventh single released by Taylor Swift, after Shake It Off, Blank Space, Style, Bad Blood, Wildest Dreams, Out of the Woods.
