Thailand: It's the turn of the "Red Shirts" to flood the capital Bangkok
Thousands of pro-government “Red Shirt” protesters gathered in the western suburbs of Bangkok on April 5 to show their support for Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra and warn against efforts to oust her through the courts.
Prime Minister Yingluck's security adviser, Paradorn Pattanatabut, said that by the morning of April 5, up to 20,000 "Red Shirts" had arrived, just hours before the two-day rally officially began.

Authorities expect the event to attract more than 200,000 "Red Shirts" as supporters of the movement pour into the Thai capital on buses and trucks, in what is believed to be the biggest show of force by the "Red Shirts" in the months-long crisis, Paradorn said.
Thai authorities say there will be no clashes between the "Red Shirts" and anti-government protesters, who have been holding daily rallies in a central city park, far from where the "Red Shirts" gather.
However, Mr Paradorn said the worrying thing was "third parties", referring to unidentified attackers who have carried out a series of gun and grenade attacks in the capital in recent months, often targeting opposition protesters.
It is known that more than 3,000 police and soldiers were mobilized to ensure security at the "Red Shirt" rally area.
The move comes amid political violence in recent months that has left 24 people dead and hundreds injured./.
