Thailand: Bus plunges into ravine, killing 29 people

According to AFP, on December 27, Thai police said that at least 29 people were killed and 4 others were seriously injured when a bus plunged into a deep ravine in the northeastern part of the country.

The accident happened in the middle of the night on December 26 in Lom Sak district, Phetchabun province when the bus was on its way to the northern province of Chiang Rai.

The bus carrying 40 passengers was completely destroyed in the accident./.
