On behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Hoang Van Hue presented money to the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee to support the families of the victims who died in the car accident, 2 million VND each. Comrade Vi Thanh Tuong - Vice Chairman of the Quy Hop District People's Committee also presented the amount of money to the Quy Hop District People's Committee to support each family of the deceased victims, 2 million VND. The Vietnam Fatherland Front and the local government of Chau Ly commune provided immediate support to each victim's family of 500,000 VND and called on all people in the commune to donate and share with the families of the victims.
This afternoon, poor villages in Chau Ly such as Na Lan, Bu Lau, Ban Con, Ban Ngon were covered with white mourning scarves. The cold and steady rain in the mountainous region seemed to add to the heartache... The loss of the victims' families is irreparable.
