(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 10, a working delegation of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Quynh Luu District and the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue visited and encouraged 7 families of sailors in Son Hai and Quynh Tho communes who were victims of a shipwreck in the sea of Quang Binh.
