Reviewing the report and draft resolution submitted to the 5th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council

(Baonghean.vn) -To prepare for the 5th session of the Provincial People's Council, term 2011-2016, which will take place in July, this afternoon, June 20, the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee held a conference to review and give opinions on a number of reports and draft resolutions of the session. Comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee chaired the meeting.

The conference focused on discussing the following documents: Draft resolution on the administrative and career staffing plan for 2013; Report on administrative reform in the first 6 months of the year and tasks for the last 6 months of 2012; Innovation in civil servant recruitment, ensuring the recruitment of qualified civil servants; Draft resolution on adjusting the administrative boundaries of Quynh Luu district to establish Hoang Mai town.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Huu Lam highly agreed with the content of the report and draft resolution that the sectors had prepared; requested the sectors in charge of drafting to accept comments to supplement and explain more clearly the bases with high authenticity and persuasiveness. He also requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct the good implementation of the Central Decrees related to the payroll, ensure the allocation of payroll quotas closely, contributing to improving the quality of the contingent of civil servants and public employees; have solutions to overcome the situation of off-payroll contracts in agencies and units in the province.
