Review of the 2014 resolution building program
(Baonghean) -On the morning of December 3, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a meeting with the Provincial People's Council committees, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Health Insurance, the Departments of Finance, Justice, Home Affairs, and the Provincial People's Committee Office to give opinions on a number of draft resolutions.
At the meeting, delegates discussed the prices of some medical examination and treatment services in the province; some financial spending norms for the activities of People's Councils at all levels; the level of operating expenses for socio-political organizations at commune and hamlet levels; the level of allowances for veterinary staff in communes, wards and towns; the policy of increasing medical staff working at district and commune levels; the policy of developing human resources for public health; and some support policies for the activities of local civil judgment enforcement agencies.
Based on the opinions of the delegates, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council concluded that a number of resolutions need to be amended to suit practical requirements to be included in the program of promulgating resolutions of the Provincial People's Council in 2014; a number of resolutions need to be reviewed and summarized to have a basis for being added to promulgate at the mid-2014 Provincial People's Council meeting.
