In 2013, Nghe An province was assigned by the Government 13 National Target Programs with a total of 613,643 million VND, of which development investment capital was 306,122 million VND.
In his concluding remarks, Comrade Vo Viet Thanh requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct the relevant agencies to revise and complete the capital allocation plan for the 2013 National Target Program to implement the allocation principles according to the regulations of the Government and central ministries and agencies. The use of capital must be dynamic, with priority order, avoiding scattered investment. Attention must be paid to general planning and planning for new rural development, integrating national target programs. At the same time, there must be close inspection and supervision by relevant agencies in the process of capital use in accordance with the provisions of law, while ensuring thrift practice and anti-waste to increase capital efficiency, ensure social security, contribute to socio-economic development, national defense and security.
