(Baonghean.vn) - On August 30, Nghe An Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision to promote to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel for comrade Nguyen Duc Hai, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, and decisions to transfer, assign, and appoint leaders at the department and district level.
Attending and directing were Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Provincial Police, comrades in the Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial Police and representatives of a number of related units.

At the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau, on behalf of the Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial Police, congratulated comrade Nguyen Duc Hai, member of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, who was promoted from Lieutenant Colonel to Senior Colonel by the Minister of Public Security, effective September 1, 2015, and 27 comrades were appointed, transferred, and assigned to hold leadership positions at the department and district levels in the Nghe An Provincial Police.
