Thanh Chuong: Rewarding the valedictorian of the Childhood Math Olympiad

(Baonghean.vn) - The District People's Committee, the Department of Education, the Thanh Chuong District Education Promotion Association and Dong Van Commune have just organized an award ceremony for the top students in the provincial "OLIM PIC Math Exchange for Children" contest.

That is Nguyen Thi Lanh, a 5th grade student at Dong Van Primary School, who achieved a perfect score of 100/100. Along with this student, the students of Thanh Chuong district team also won 4/14 first prizes, including one student in 2nd place after Lanh, 4 students won second prizes, 3 students won third prizes and 1 student won an encouragement prize. Along with awarding certificates of merit and gifts to students, representatives of the district People's Committee, the Department of Education and the locality also congratulated the school, gave gifts to the teacher who trained Lanh and hoped that Dong Van Primary School would continue to strive to win more prizes in competitions and activities organized by the district and the Department of Education.
