Currently, 100% of district-level agencies and units have hung Uncle Ho's portraits and statues in the most solemn places. Particularly at the commune level, localities have also seriously and extensively implemented the policy among cadres and party members and will complete it before April 15, 2013. In the coming time, the Thanh Chuong District Party Committee's Propaganda Department will conduct large-scale inspections so that the hanging of Uncle Ho's portraits and statues becomes a voluntary activity, avoiding formality.
