At the private pharmacy at 83 Tran Phu, owned by pharmacist Nguyen Thi Thu, the regulations were not fully implemented, the area was not sufficient as prescribed, the drug storage conditions were not guaranteed, the drugs were placed on the floor, there were no books to monitor or record... The delegation made a record to temporarily confiscate the practice certificate and business certificate, and suspended the business of this pharmacy.
The delegation inspected and made a record of violations at Ben Thuy Dental Clinic (62 Nguyen Van Troi, Ben Thuy Ward), which operates in the field of dental and maxillofacial examination and treatment, and is managed by Dr. Tran Dinh Ngu. At the time of inspection, the facility could not present any documents. In particular, the delegation discovered that the facility did not have the required medicines and emergency equipment, the dental examination and treatment area was not hygienic, and there were no patient monitoring records.
