Establishment of Skyline International English Center's grassroots union

At the ceremony, leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Department of Education and Training, and the Industry Trade Union presented the Decision to establish a grassroots Trade Union and admitted 26 employees of the Center into the Trade Union organization.

Skyline International English Center's grassroots union is the 102nd grassroots union under the Nghe An Education Trade Union. This is also the third English Center in the area to establish a grassroots union.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dang Van Hai - Chairman of the Education Trade Union congratulated and expressed his thanks to the center, workers and the support of relevant departments and branches for their attention, close direction, and creating conditions for the work of mobilizing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions.

To improve the effectiveness of the trade union organization, in the coming time, the Education Trade Union recommends that the Executive Board of the Skyline English Center Trade Union must be the center of solidarity, motivating teachers and workers, performing well the duties of union members, performing well the duties of teachers so that the center can develop further.

TowardNghe An Education Industry Union, has recently accompanied centers and non-public units in many activities, especially during the Covid-19 outbreak. Based on the achieved results, in the coming time, the industry's trade union will continue to grasp and share difficulties, obstacles and shortcomings to jointly resolve them according to its authority.

After its establishment, Nghe An Education Trade Union will guide Skyline English Center Trade Union to organize and systematically implement regulations as well as trade union activities.

At the same time, the Skyline English Center Union will have the opportunity to share professional experiences, organizing movement activities, and life issues with other grassroots unions, in order to help each other develop./.
