After the above series of articles, Nghe An Market Management Department issued Decision No. 448/QD.QLTT dated December 10, 2012 and Decision No. 449/QD.QLTT dated December 11, 2012 on establishing an inspection team for civil servants with signs of violating work regulations and public ethics at Market Management Team No. 6 and No. 5.
The inspection team consists of 2 teams of 5 members, led by Mr. Le Quang Hien - Deputy Head of the Department. The inspection team is responsible for reviewing and clarifying the issues raised by Nghe An Newspaper; clearly defining the responsibilities of the collective and individuals in implementing the work regulations and public ethics according to the regulations of the industry. The inspection period starts from December 10, 2012.
On December 12, 2012, the Head of the Nghe An Market Management Department issued a decision to temporarily suspend the officers and employees related to the reported incident of Market Management Team No. 6 and No. 5 to review and clarify responsibilities according to regulations.
