"Thanh - Nghe - Tinh with 1,000 years of Thang Long - Hanoi"

"Thanh - Nghe - Tinh with 1000 years of Thang Long - Hanoi" is a scientific conference organized by Vinh University in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces on the morning of August 21, 2010 in Vinh city.

As part of a series of activities of Vinh University as well as Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh provinces towards the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long - Hanoi, the conference received 54 scientific reports from central and local researchers. The reports mentioned many issues about the history and culture of Thang Long - Hanoi and Thanh - Nghe - Tinh; contributing to clarifying the close relationship between Thang Long - Hanoi and Thanh - Nghe - Tinh and vice versa throughout the history and culture of the nation.

At the workshop, scientists and researchers focused on clarifying 3 issues: The great contributions of the community of the 3 provinces of Thanh - Nghe - Tinh to Thang Long - Hanoi throughout the history of building and defending the country; the process of cultural exchange between Nghe and Thanh with Thang Long - Hanoi, thereby affirming the cultural values ​​of Thang Long - Hanoi and its influence on Thanh - Nghe - Tinh; research and propose solutions to preserve and promote the historical and cultural values ​​of Nghe, Thanh and Thang Long - Hanoi.
