It is expected that on September 15-16, the Youth Union will dismantle houses, move furniture, and build shelters for 15 families in La, Minh Phuong, Xop Mat, and Coi villages. These are houses at risk of being swept away, eroded, and sunk when there is heavy rain and rising water levels causing flooding. At the same time, they will help people repair water pipes to ensure a clean water source for daily needs.
