Quy Chau youth help people repair inter-village roads

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 4, at Dien Lam commune, Quy Chau District Youth Union launched Youth Month and started construction of district-level youth projects to practically celebrate the 86th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, nearly 200 youth union members from 3 communes including Chau Phong, Chau Hoan and Dien Lam cleared land, cleaned the environment, leveled, dug and widened the road corridor from Na Lanh village to Na Mo village with a total length of more than 3km. This is an inter-village road in Dien Lam commune, which is often eroded every year, especially in the rainy season, causing difficulties in traveling for people.

On this occasion, the District Youth Union also took from the Youth Entrepreneurship Fund to give a pair of breeding goats worth 4 million VND to the family of Mr. Ngan Van Hung, Na Son village, Dien Lam commune, a union member with especially difficult circumstances, with the hope that this will be the basis for his family to develop livestock farming and escape poverty.
