Tattooed young man 'Kha Banh' arrested, house searched
Police determined that Ngo Ba Kha (nickname Kha Banh) used drugs and was involved in illegal credit and gambling activities.
On April 2, authorities in Bac Ninh province confirmed that Ngo Ba Kha (26 years old, also known as Kha Banh) and several other young men were being detained to clarify their gambling and gambling organization.

On the night of April 1, police coordinated with local authorities to search Kha's house in Tu Son town, seizing "some documents related to illegal lending and lottery activities". Kha confessed to using drugs and through testing, he tested positive for this banned substance.
Previously, due to burning a motorbike and then recording a video and posting it on social media, Kha was fined by the Criminal Police Department of Bac Ninh province but has not yet been prosecuted.
