Vinh City (Nghe An) budget revenue exceeds expenditure by 1,400 billion VND
(Baonghean.vn) - Vinh City is the only unit in Nghe An province with outstanding revenue.
Vinh city's report said: Budget revenue in 2017 in the city reached 2,494 billion VND, equal to 105% of the project, up 6% over the same period, of which regular revenue was 1,401 billion VND, reaching 105.2% of the plan and up 12% over the same period. Estimated revenue from land use rights grants was: 1,093 billion VND, equal to 105% of the plan and up 1% over the same period.

Meanwhile, total budget expenditure in the city is estimated at: 1,081.3 billion VND, reaching 100% of the plan, of which: regular expenditure: 659.8 billion VND, reaching 100% of the plan, up 2.2% over the same period, development investment expenditure: 411.5 billion VND, down 5.1% over the same period.
Counterpart expense for Vinh Urban Development Sub-project: 160 billion VND.
Thus, comparing total revenue and expenditure, Vinh city's revenue exceeded expenditure by more than 1,400 billion VND.
