Vinh City: Budget revenue increased

(Baonghean.vn) - Total budget revenue in the first 4 months of the year in Vinh City reached 819.9 billion VND, equal to 29% of the assigned estimate, up 67% over the same period.

Of which, land use fee revenue reached 386.6 billion VND, equal to 34% of the assigned estimate, up 228% compared to the same period. Domestic revenue (excluding land use fee) reached 433.3 billion VND, equal to 33% of the assigned estimate.

Total tax debt as of March 31, 2017 was 227 billion VND. Since the beginning of the year, 171 units have been inspected and handled, collecting and imposing fines of more than 12.5 billion VND.

According to the Vinh City Tax Department, the Department is currently focusing on implementing tax inspections, urging businesses to pay corporate income tax for the fourth quarter of 2016, and signing commitments to pay income tax for 2017; at the same time, reviewing branch operations to carry out tax management, inviting branches with no revenue or low revenue to work and request tax payment, and issuing notices of annual payment of mineral exploitation rights according to regulations.
