(Baonghean.vn) – On the morning of August 27, Vinh City solemnly held a ceremony to posthumously award the honorary title of Vietnamese Heroic Mother to 35 mothers.
Attending the ceremony were representatives of Vinh city leaders, the provincial Military Command, departments, unions, socio-political organizations and relatives of the 35 honored VNAH mothers.
