Inter-sectoral inspection on food safety during Mid-Autumn Festival
Implementing the direction of the Central Inter-sectoral Steering Committee on strengthening food safety inspection and examination during the 2013 Mid-Autumn Festival; the Inter-sectoral Steering Committee for Food Safety and Hygiene of Nghe An province has just signed Plan No. 410/KH-UBND to deploy an inter-sectoral inspection and examination of food safety during the 2013 Mid-Autumn Festival in Nghe An province.
(Baonghean.vn) -Implementing the direction of the Central Inter-sectoral Steering Committee on strengthening food safety inspection and examination during the 2013 Mid-Autumn Festival; the Inter-sectoral Steering Committee for Food Safety and Hygiene of Nghe An province has just signed Plan No. 410/KH-UBND to deploy an inter-sectoral inspection and examination of food safety during the 2013 Mid-Autumn Festival in Nghe An province.
Accordingly, 3 interdisciplinary teams will conduct inspections from September 5 to September 30, 2013 at establishments producing, processing, trading, importing food and catering services. In particular, focusing on establishments producing and trading food items commonly used during the Mid-Autumn Festival such as cakes, jams, candies, beer, wine, soft drinks, meat, meat products, etc.
The activities of the delegations focus on checking the certificate of food safety qualified facilities, health certificates for facility owners and workers, food safety training certificates for facility owners and workers, origin of raw materials, food additives, standard declaration/conformity declaration/compliance with food safety regulations for products subject to mandatory declaration... and taking samples when necessary.
