Vinh City Party Committee conducts training on implementing Party Charter

(Baonghean.vn) - On March 27, Vinh City Party Committee organized a training course on implementing the Party Charter, Regulations 46 and 47 of the Party Central Committee for officials of the City Party Committee, the City Party Committee office, and affiliated party organizations.

The City Party Committee has guided the inspection and supervision of the implementation of the Resolution of the 4th Conference of the 11th Party Central Committee on "Some urgent issues on Party building at present", and implemented the Resolution "Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations in Nghe An province in the period of 2011-2015". After the training course, the City Party Committee requested grassroots Party organizations to seriously implement the regulations, effectively bringing the Party's Resolution into life.
