Removing difficulties in handing over rural power grid in Hoang Mai
(Baonghean.vn) - On October 28, the Department of Industry and Trade had a working session with the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town to listen to a report on the situation and results of the implementation of the industrial and commercial development plan in the first 9 months of the year and the implementation of the handover of the low-voltage rural power grid in Hoang Mai town.

According to the report, in the first 9 months of 2014, the industrial production value of the town is estimated at over 2,300 billion VND, up 14.9% over the same period. Trade and service activities in the first 9 months of the year were stable. Goods supplied to the market are abundant and diverse, meeting the consumption needs of the people. State management and market management activities on Industry and Trade have been strengthened. Hoang Mai town has also paid attention to planning and managing the planning of industrial parks, factories, markets, craft villages, products in the town; marine economic development project... However, in reality, the development of industry and trade is not commensurate with the potential and scale of Hoang Mai town at present. The handover of rural low-voltage power grids still faces some difficulties and obstacles, affecting the handover progress.
At the meeting, the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town also presented a number of proposals and recommendations for the Nghe An Department of Industry and Trade to provide guidance and remove difficulties and obstacles to speed up the progress of handing over the power grid. The Industry and Trade Department proposed that the Provincial People's Committee allocate investment capital to build infrastructure for approved concentrated seafood processing zones, craft villages, brand building, product promotion websites, markets, trade centers, supermarkets; have policies for organizations and enterprises to borrow preferential loans to invest in these fields. The Provincial People's Committee needs to soon approve the Master Plan for the market system and distribution network until 2020, taking into account the year 2025.
