Discussion on personnel expected to be introduced to the 13th Party Central Committee

In the morning, delegates continued to study documents and discuss personnel expected to be introduced to the 13th Party Central Committee; and to write candidacy and nomination forms (additional) to the 13th Party Central Committee.

Next, the Personnel Subcommittee received reports from the delegations on candidacy and nomination. The Presidium listened to the delegation heads report on the list of candidates and nominations (supplementary) to the 13th Party Central Committee.

In the afternoon, the Presidium announced the list of candidates and nominees (additional) for the 13th Party Central Committee to the delegations. Delegates filled out the ballot to withdraw from the list of candidates and nominees for the 13th Party Central Committee.

The Presidium meets to consider cases of withdrawal from the list of candidates and nominees. The Secretariat seeks the Presidium's opinion on issues that the Congress needs to vote on in the documents of the 13th Congress.
