"Teacher Giom" goes to school to lead U19 stars to participate in V.League 2015
Coach Guillaume Greachen will attend the A-level coaching course to obtain the certificate to be qualified to lead the HAGL team to participate in V.League 2015.
Mr. Huynh Mau, executive director of HAGL Club, said: “At the end of October, VFF will open a coaching course with A license in Gia Lai. Coach Guillaume Graechen will register to study.” After completing this course, the French coach will be qualified to lead Cong Phuong, Tuan Anh, and Xuan Truong to compete in V.League 2015.
Coach Graechen, a former player, retired in 2007. He then joined the youth training program at the Arsenal JMG Global Academy founded by Jean Marc Guillou. In 2007, he became the coach of Muang Thong United (Thailand), which was still playing in the third division at the time.
Coach Guillaume Graechen is highly appreciated and respected by HAGL so he will likely lead HAGL to participate in V.League 2015.
According to the orientation, this was the output of the Arsenal JMG academy in Thailand. However, this academy later ceased to operate, so he transferred to the HAGL-Arsenal JMG academy to work until now. Last year, he extended his contract to stay at the academy until 2021.
From the 2015 season, Mr. Duc decided to promote the first-class players of the HAGL-Arsenal JMG academy to compete in the V.League. Cong Phuong, Xuan Truong... will be the core of HAGL in the next season. Having been with these players for a long time, especially playing successfully for the U19 Vietnam team for over a year, Coach Graechen is the most suitable person to lead HAGL next season.
However, his current degree is not enough so he has to register for the A-level coaching class.The Professional Football Regulations (amended and supplemented in 2013) stipulate: Coaches with AFC B, A certificates or FIFA FUTURO certificates or any equivalent foreign coaching certificates recognized by AFC will be allowed to operate in professional football tournaments organized by the Vietnam Football Federation and the Asian Football Confederation. From 2014, the head coach of a professional football team/club must have at least an AFC A certificate or any equivalent foreign coaching certificate recognized by AFC.
Although Mr. Le Thuy Hai has real talent, his qualifications are not suitable, so he had to borrow the name of technical director of B.Binh Duong, leading the team to win the V.League championship last season.
HAGL will almost certainly say no to foreign players next season. Currently, the team has liquidated many domestic and foreign players such as Van Pho, Van Nhien, Quy Suu, Thai Duong, Anh Tuan, Duy Thanh, Nguyen Hoang Helio, Timothy, Felix... Even two young players with development potential, goalkeeper Tuan Manh and Le Hoang Thien, no longer have a place./.
